What is your favorite cheat-day treat? Mine is brownies!
It’s important to indulge your sweet tooth sometimes when you are on a mission to reduce weight and live a healthier lifestyle. Depriving yourself of any kind of treats often ends in abject failure in the form of a mad binge. I like to soothe my sweet tooth by creating lower calorie versions of my favorite desserts, like these delicious brownies!
These brownies are the perfect solution when I am craving a treat, but don’t want to “cheat” on my diet. They are so good, even my picky kids like them!
You might be wondering if there is a typo in the title. Thirty five calories? Yes! It’s true. They are low calorie and actually really easy to make.
The Greek yogurt and applesauce mimic the decadent taste of my favorite guilty pleasure. When you try them, you would never guess they are so low calorie and healthy!
Try them out and leave a comment to tell me how you liked it!
