Lately I have worked with a lot of people struggling to lose weight and follow complicated diet plans, so it inspired me to create this blog post.

With winter on it’s way and the Holidays now in full swing, it’s getting more and more difficult for many people to muster up the discipline to stay consistent with their weight loss plan.

Maybe you’re thinking it’ll just be best to start January 1st, right?

I’m not going to tell you it’s wrong to wait.

Truth is, if you don’t feel it’s the right time for you, then it’s not the right time.
But what if you DID start now?

Imagine waking up January 1st weighing 5-10 pounds lighter with an arsenal of healthy habits built up? Feeling energized and excited to make 2019 the year you build the body & health you’ve always wanted?

Here’s how to follow it:

Each week, I want you to introduce ONE of these new habits. If you already do one, move on to another.

You can either follow the order I have here or pick & choose. There’s no right way to do it. All six habits are going to help you stay mindful and consume fewer calories.

  1. Drink 8-10 cups of water every day

  2. Keep tempting foods out of the house

  3. Limit snacking to once a day, at most

  4. Stop drinking calories from liquids

  5. Switch to lower calorie sauces like soy sauce or hot sauce

  6. Never Miss a Healthy Meal Twice. So, if you cheat and eat pizza when you planned to have salad, get back on track right away at your next meal.
