Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
Yields: 1- 2 lattes
This is a fall-flavored version of a coffee shop Pumpkin Spice Lattee! It’s creamy and lightly sweetened, and it has lots of cozy spice flavor. You can easily double or triple the recipe to serve more, and it tastes lovely as an iced latte too!
1 cup black coffee
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp (15g) pumpkin purée (NOT pumpkin pie mix!)
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
tiny pinch ground nutmeg
tiny pinch ground ginger
2 teaspoons stevia sweetener
Add milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and stevia to a small pot. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the milk is hot. Pour in black coffee. Serve.
